Merry t'mas
As Christmas 2005 crept slowly past 12 and left us, some of us wished it hadn't left, some wished it never came, while few cherish what happened during the 24 hours on the day that we call christmas. Me? hmm, This X'mas for me was just a time for me to relax and stay away from most people while i have time to think through my life.
I went to Genting(ga-en-ting) Highlands to relax off. Had pretty much fun at the theme park but only on the second day of my trip, jumping onto rides like flying coaster where you lie flat on your stomach and fly around the tracks in a exciting way. Then there's the Corkscrew ride when the roller-coaster you're on spins like a screw, leaving you thrilled and refreshed. But for me, what was most fun is the CyberShot, where you're lifted high above then ground and fifteen seconds from when it reaches its peak, it falls like there's no tomorrow and you feel like you'll fly out. It's so, so mind-blowing when it first comes down, that's all. hahaha.. After all the games, it's time to piles mountains into ya stomach.
I had some problem with the food there though, expensive and not impressive. lol.. But still, that doesnt stop me from munching till there's no tomorrow. hehe.. Was treated for a few meals and that was really wonder fun. Thanks Mr Jimmy and Mrs Ivy.. hahaha...
The night of the second day was X'mas eve, but we missed the Christmas countdown by a minute because of a bathe. But oh well, the crowd was still high at the First World Plaza where people go crazy, spraying "snow", streaks of colours, and vandalising. yup. I walked past a security post and saw that that was where I could take a breather to protect ourselves from being "attacked" by the party animals around. hehe.. that was when I saw someone great, something no one else will really have, and since no one was there... I, I, I took it home. hehehe.. It's was something of honour and pride, something that makes you respected. =)
Bought some stuff like a tee, slippers, and some lil' things. haha.. Not forgetting my family, I bought Lau Po Bing and Durian stuff.. haha.. My parents love them, i think so. haha.. 26th 05, meeting Sec four people in the afternoon for a movie and pasta. hehe=)
hmm, X'mas, a day to commerate Jesus's birth. Do you know that? Know that, Remember that, Cherish that. It's also a day to show your appreaciation for cherished ones too. It's not that only on special occasions that you can do so, but it is special occasions like X'mas which the opportunity is offered to you for those who find it hard to show your affection to your parents.
