Before I direct the blog to a serious note on the next two posts, I'm sharing a pleasant one first! haha.. What you're seeing is my dinner a few even ago. hmm.. Yup, Went to the market with my sister and mom and I pestered the latter for crabs. They look so "devourable" even before they were cooked.

I've decided to steam them for the freshness. haha.. Only seafood, what else for dinner? Hor fun!! WeEeeEe....

This is the chef~! My mum.. lol.. of course she employed my help.

After only ten minutes, they got me going crazy. Haha.. They just look so tasty~!.. but one of them who was the fiercest and largest when alive had only very little meat inside.

The prawns was also a highlight. It was so fresh and the "sauce" that was beneath them after they were steamed was so heavenly. LoL.. Of course, I could only still a few sips as the rest went to the gravy of the Hor fun.

Here's the gravy of the night, wow.. Yummily deciously, and outrageously tasty.. LoL.. I wish I could bring a bowl to all you out there to know how good a cook my mother is. haha.. hmm.. here's all for now, chill out and let's all anticipate the next entry. No high hopes please.
